Causes of hair loss

Hair loss or hair fall is the most common problem that many people face. I get a lot of questions about what shampoos/masks/balms and other products to use to cope with this problem.
But I disappoint you right away - such products will only temporarily disguise the problem or will be completely useless. They can only be used as accompanying tools to solve the problem, but they won't be able to eradicate the evil itself, due to which your hair falls out.


Causes:
• stress
• iron deficiency, iodine deficiency
• oral contraceptives
• hormonal disbalance, hormonal drugs, reception of phytohormones
• pregnancy, breast-feeding
• taking medication, supplements or antibiotics
• gastrointestinal problems and other diseases/problems with the body
• sedentary lifestyle, unwillingness to play sports
• dysbiosis, candida
• poor blood circulation, pinched vertebrae
• lack of vitamins and minerals, macronutrients
• poor and not varied diet
• bad ecology
• radiation therapy
• heredity
• regularly hair wash in hard and/or chlorinated water
• unsuitable, too soft or too aggressive shampoo
• allergic reaction to one or more components in the composition of hair care products
• the use of masks and balms on the scalp (especially containing silicones and other film-forming agents)
• excessive enthusiasm for stimulating hair growth (lotions, tonics, warming masks)
• hairstyles and treatments
• skin fungus
• androgenic alopecia

So, as you can see, there are many reasons for hair loss. Therefore, the search for the reason that provokes this may take you some time. In any case, you have to go to the hospital and get tested, analysis. Because many of these causes cannot be detected on their own and, moreover, any treatment cannot be prescribed by yourself. Otherwise, you risk harming yourself even more..


But you can correct something by yourself, eliminating the bad factors in the form:
✓ bad ecology (move to a more favorable place)
✓ bad team or superiors (change jobs)
✓ try to minimize stress (when you think too much about the problem of hair loss, then you start stress, which will only complicate the situation. Try meditation, yoga)
✓ try to stick to a better diet and a more active lifestyle
✓ pinching of the vertebrae (regularly massage, swimming)
✓ poor blood circulation (running, sports, scalp massage).
