Hair care tips and rules

☝🏻It's the most frequent questions I regularly get from my followers.
But I'll tell you one main thing and it's very important that you understand this:

No one will be able to answer this question correctly. Because no one knows your own hair better than you! Only you able to find the right and proper care.

Those hair bloggers who make hair care programs and make a list of care products that you should use - simply keep you for fools and just make money on you.

Each of us has a different structure, porosity, density, thickness of hair. Each of us lives in different climates, in different environmental conditions. We drink and wash with different water. Eat different food. Each of us has its own sores, chronic, acquired or genetic diseases. Each of us has a wealth and lack of some vitamins, micro-and macronutrients. And all this greatly affects the condition, growth and quality of our hair!

Although outwardly we're all similar, but we're so different. And what works for one, to another may bring nothing or make thing worse...

Therefore, the first and most important advice I can give you - don't copy blindly someone else's hair care. Don't run to buy the products that advertises or what your idol uses. You'll only spend time looking for these products, but in the end disappoint in the purchase.

The first thing you need to do is:
- try to correctly determine your type, structure, porosity, thickness of hair. What condition are they in? What external negative factors they are exposed (thermal devices, paint staining, discoloration, sun, sea, chlorine, hard water, physical impact, etc.)
- learn to read the compositions of hair products, to know at least the main components and what they're responsible for
- prepare for the fact that the search for care may take a long time (maybe months, maybe years).

I spent 8 long years looking for my hair care! And only after a lot of mistakes, trials and searches I was able to achieve the results that I have now. Suitable care for my hair don't fell from heaven by itself. No one gave me precise instructions and schemes. I just made it by myself.

And you too can achieve the hair of your dreams! 😉💕

Are there any rules for hair care?
NOT!
There are only general recommendations that are universal for many people.
But only YOU can set the rules for your hair care!

Let's look at a few examples.
A hair-blogger writes a post about the rules of care, in which there is such a point that "you need to cut/trim a hair every 2-4 months".
But! This rule may not be applicable to all. Yes, this person's hair may really need such frequent haircuts, but if your hair ends are in excellent condition even 6-12 months later, after reading the advice of this blogger, will you start to stick to this action?🤔
Seriously? Just because someone wrote that is so "right"?

Farther.
Another hair-blogger writes that "according to the rules hair should be washed 1-2 times a week, not more often, that frequent washing harms the scalp and hair".
But! Again, this rule doesn't apply to everyone.
If this blogger has normal or dry type of scalp and hair, then really, he shouldn’t wash them often, he may simply dry out the skin, thereby provoking itching, tightness, dandruff, and in some cases even hair loss.
And if you are a "happy" owner of oily type of scalp? And your hair looks dirty the next morning or already after 2-3 hours from the last wash, you will tolerate dirty and untidy hair, but stick to this rule?
In this case, a rare wash can also provoke a lot of problems with the scalp and hair.

The next example.
The third blogger writes that "the roots need to be washed twice and the length is wash only by foam".
But for one person may be quite enough to wash all hair only once. And for another person a foam doesn't wash the length and it can cause brittleness, split ends and lack of gloss.

The fourth blogger writes that "according to the rules, you need to clean your hair once a month with deep-cleaning shampoo".
But why once a month?
After all, the frequency of washing hair is different for everyone. Someone washes hair every day, someone twice a week, and someone once a week or even less.
Someone uses only one shampoo in the care, and someone uses a multi-layer care ritual every time (shampoo, mask, spray, indelible oil, cream).
As a result, for one person may need deep-cleaning shampoo once a week or more often, and for another once every three months.

Another hair-blogger writes that "it will be correct to use indelible oils after each hair wash, on a regular basis, because this will save the hair ends and help to cut them less often".
But after all, not every hair will like silicones/oils!
This means that an indelible oil can well worsen the condition of your hair.

Feel like everything is too individual? And that means THE RULES DON'T EXIST!

You must have your own rules, which you were able to draw up for your hair, based on your past experience.

And remember that for one is well and good then for another is terrible and catastrophe 😉
